We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Options & Rates
- Standard Shipping – £6.30 | Estimated delivery 3-5 business days
- Tracked Shipping – £7.50 | Estimated delivery 3-5 business days
Delivery Times Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers.
Tracking Where a tracked service is used, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@janedarcyart.com and we will investigate promptly.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United Kingdom.
